1. 서비스 개요1. The service
Nanoule은 그룹 내 지출을 기록하고 정산을 계산해 주는 가계부/정산 보조 도구입니다. 우리는 결제·송금을 직접 처리하지 않으며, 실제 금전 거래는 이용자 간에 이루어집니다.Nanoule is a tool that records group expenses and calculates settlements. We do not process payments or transfer money; any actual money movement happens directly between users.
2. 계정2. Accounts
카카오 로그인으로 계정을 만들 수 있으며, 계정 정보와 활동에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 부정확하거나 타인의 정보를 무단 사용해서는 안 됩니다.You may create an account via Kakao login and are responsible for your account and activity. Do not provide false information or use others' information without permission.
3. 이용자 콘텐츠3. Your content
이용자가 입력한 지출·메모·이미지 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 해당 콘텐츠를 게시·공유할 적법한 권한이 있어야 하며, 그룹에 공유된 정보는 그룹 구성원에게 보일 수 있음에 동의합니다.You retain rights to the content you enter (expenses, memos, images). You must have the right to post and share it, and you agree that information shared in a group is visible to its members.
4. 금지 행위4. Acceptable use
- 법령 위반 또는 타인의 권리 침해Violating laws or others' rights.
- 서비스의 정상 운영 방해, 무단 접근·역공학 시도Disrupting the service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
- 악성 코드 배포 또는 타인 사칭Distributing malware or impersonating others.
5. 면책 및 책임 제한5. Disclaimer & liability
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 정산 계산의 참고 정보를 제공할 뿐, 환율·금액 입력 오류 등으로 인한 이용자 간 분쟁이나 금전적 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 책임이 제한됩니다.The service is provided "as is." We provide settlement figures for reference only and are not responsible for disputes or losses between users arising from exchange rates or input errors. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. 서비스 변경·종료6. Changes & termination
운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내에서 계정을 삭제하여 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.We may modify or discontinue parts or all of the service. You may stop using it at any time by deleting your account in the app.
